The corn came from somewhere near Orange, the beef was an experiment from Craig Cook Meats in Northbridge. The result was tasty, and simple for a quiet night in as we await the arrival of the weekend. Some exciting stuff lined up for the weekend because I had to drop my car off to be repaired, so we're trapped in. Luckily I was able to drive out to Vic's Meats today for some excellent supplies... we'll be dining on Kurobuta Ham, veal osso bucco, ox tail and some lovely lamb racks. Watch this space.
