Does My Bomb Look Big In This?

Baked Pumpkin

Tonight's dinner creation to suit the wild and windy weather was a very cute baked pumpkin. Stuffed inside was corn, cheese, bacon, garlic, shallots, eschalots, pine nuts and currants, mixed with a bit of jalepeno sauce, salt and pepper. It was baked slowly over about three hours, at 175 degrees Celcius for the first hour, and 150 degrees for the second two hours.
