Baked Quail Eggs with Kurobuta Ham and Sourdough Toast Fingers



We splurged with our Rudd-money on a Kurobuta Ham from Vic's Meats and we will now have a week of ham. Lucky two other kind people went quarters with us, so it wont be a whole month of pig related cookery.

This was an excellent breakfast - baked quail eggs with ham served with sourdough toast fingers. I love the little cast iron pots - it's fun to (carefully) open them and see what surprise the chef has prepared for your breakfast.
