Penfolds Grange: I love its French Oak taste, wide range and traditional wine making processes.

Stonefish of course for the divine Sauv Blanc. The 2010 is a corker! "fresh tropical fruit, rockmelon, pineapple and white peach. Creamy palate with an uncomplicated and soft progression to a refreshing finish" and this is not a paid ad. It's fabulous!

Then of course Grant Burge, beyond their accessability to the normal australian on price and taste. They keep bringing back the good stuff. I swear the new (to me) Dolcetta Shiraz reminds me of Lambrusco, in a good way ;) I heart their Moscarto. Retro lives on..... And then, the Thorne Riesling is yummo and their East Argyle Pinot Gris is divine! Cheers! x
