Vegetarian Degustation

Especially for pinkandsparkly and crimsontide - if you are keen to go to this, a booking would need to be made asap as it was in Good Living yesterday. Craig and I would be keen to go too if you're up for making it a group thing, as we have eaten at Three Clicks West before, and it was great.

Vegetarian Degustation Evening
Sunday 18th March, 2007

Over the past few years we have had several requests for a vegetarian degustation, so please join us to feast on the best vegetables of the season. Hopefully this menu will appeal to all and we would be delighted to see you with friends and family!

A glass of tomato and basil jelly with baby roma salad and tomato fondue on crisp potato 

Terrine of roast peppers and potato with goats’ cheese mousse and toasted brioche

Lyonnaise beetroot tart with beetroot cream

Baked cauliflower custard with mustard pickled vegetables, cauliflower tempura and Gruyere beignet

Pressed mushroom and potato pave with wild mushroom ragout, bread sauce,
crispy leeks and braised kohlrabi

Stonefruit mousse with melon salad and champagne sabayon

Minted butterscotch mango with mango sorbet and crisp crepe

The menu is priced at $80 per person or $125 including matched wine with each course.

to put you on a waitlist for Sunday or we can book you a table for Thursday
22nd March as we are holding two nights of the  vegetarian degustation. If
